There have been so many times that I look up at the sun behind the clouds and the sun sparkling across the sky and I just stare and soak in Your majesty.

Oh, how the sun always makes my heart think of You, the Son.
The sunshine makes me feel safe in Your love and presence.
It makes me stand in awe of Your power.
It makes me think of Your face and Your eyes that are like fire.
It reminds me that You are the Light of the world.

I love that the sun wakes me in the morning, breaking up the darkness of the night.
I love that sun calls to me through the sunsets, gently beckoning me closer to linger a little longer.

Each and every day that sun rises and falls and I am reminded of Your faithfulness.
That beautiful sun reminds me of You, the Son, who holds each day in the palm of Your hand.
