I was driving home today and I was struck by the beauty of the sky and clouds right above my house. The sky was the perfect shade of blue and the sun was breaking free from behind the clouds. I stopped right in front of my house, with my windows open and looked up in awe of His beauty. I felt lovestruck…. it felt like God was so very near.

Sometimes His presence surprises me out of nowhere. Right there in my car with my girls sitting in the back row, I stopped and was in awe of Him. I had to stop and acknowledge the beauty He had put right in front of me.I want more of these moments…I want the Son to break through the clouds more often, and feel His love shine down on me.

I want fresh eyes and an expectant heart.

I want His presence to invade my life and overwhelm me.

I want to know Him more.

I want His name to always be on my lips with praise. I want to stand in awe more often than not.

I want more ordinary moments to become sacred moments.

I want His presence to show up and draw me in regularly.He met me today on my way driving home, and I want more…More, More, More.

I want to know Him more each day until the day I am with Him face to face, and I am pretty sure that is exactly what He is doing for me.
