Today I wanted to share our favorite chocolate peanut butter smoothie. It is so good, it actually tastes like a healthy milkshake. It is so rich and creamy and filled with healthy fats–and my kids love it just as much as me and my husband do! If you try it, please comment below and let me know how you liked it!
Ingredients
8 ounces almond milk (or whatever milk you have on hand)
1/2 cup of ice
1/2-1 avocado
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tsp flax seed
2 tsp of chia seed
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
1 handful of spinach
* sometimes I add in strawberries and I even have put a handful of frozen cauliflower in it and the kids cannot even detect it!
Put it all in the blender until smooth and enjoy!
